CERI eco possess a qualification of class A for state environment impact assessment, is a super excellence class A company of environment impact assessment investitived by State Environmental Protection Administration of China in the environment impact assessment all over the countrywide construction projects. Scope of Environment assessment work include: metal smelting and rolling process, building material, machine, electron, firepower electric station, architecture, municipal public utilities, district exploitation. Since company comes into existence in 1980, insist on the principle of science, equity, quality first, has completed the environment evaluation for construction project more than 860, which are all over the country.
The clean production technical center for metallurgy industry is found in our company. Recent years we have written standards of Clean Production Standard-iron and Steel Industry (published by State Environmental Protection Administration of China), and System for Iron and Steel Industry Clean Production Evaluation Index (combined published by both of State Development and Reformation Committee and State Environmental Protection Administration of China) and so on successively. Consultation for clean production examination for some large and middle scale iron and steel enterprise and mine etc.
Since Kyoto Protocol takes effect in due form in Feb. 16, 2005, CDM have developed all over the world, CERI eco take the lead in doing development and consultation of CDM among iron and steel industry all over the country，and on 8 Nov last year, the Baotou Iron & Steel Coke Dry Quenching and Waste Heat Utilization for Electricity Generation Project had been registered by EB.
Till now, CERI eco had completed (or in work) Environmental Protection Inspecting for several companies such as Taiyuan Steel, Baosteel, Anyang Steel, Lingyuan Steel,Tonghua Steel and Panzhihua Steel.
